FOUR SISTERS, & A TEAM OF FORCES BEHIND LUX

OUR ORIGIN

Lux Salon is owned by four sisters from Long Island, NY with a variety of educational backgrounds from accounting and management to cosmetology and marketing. This harmonious unit created Lux Salon, nestled in the heart of Raleigh, driven by a dedication to each other, the salon and their staff.  They believe in their clientele and community, educational growth and team comradery.  They are proud to provide an environment which encourages their staff to individually grow in their craft and build personal relationships with their clients. The Lux sisters enjoy furnishing their clients with a relaxing, polished atmosphere, coupled with a customer support team that tends to their needs.  The team of top stylists is led by sister, Deborah Richards. She provides motivating direction and continued support to our staff. Deborah encourages each stylist to grow in their own creativity and strive to be the absolute best they can be. With the coined motto of “Beautiful You - Enhance your inner beauty, Attain your best look”, the owners believe in individual beauty. Finding the right look to outwardly express a client’s soul is the daily goal that Lux Salon strives to accomplish.

Best salon in the Raleigh area. Organized, clean, staff extremely friendly and polite. The salon only uses the best products and the hair massage during the wash is another differential. The hairdresser team is the best. While I'm living in Raleigh this is the only place I go.
